Cancellation & Transfer Policy:

Booking Options

Standard - allows you to cancel or transfer up to 10 days before the event.

Flexible - allows cancellation up to 10 days before the event or to transfer the booking up to 24 hours before the event.

Our online creative sessions are powered by Zoom!

 You will receive a link in the confirmation email when you book, click on this link and you will arrive in the waiting room.  On a PC you don't need to install any software, however on a smartphone or tablet you will need the Zoom app.  The subjects with advice on materials can be found here
